Our mission is to provide the meticulous standard of care and technical expertise that we as dental professionals would expect when we go to the dentist.

For instance, we would expect our dentist to know us personally as an individual and not just as ‘the next patient’. We would want our dentist to understand what is important to us. We would like our dentist to be genuinely concerned for our comfort before, during and after our treatment and we would prefer not to experience discomfort during the visit. We would like them to be an expert in pain free dentistry.

We would probably get annoyed if we have to do too much waiting and we’d prefer it if our dentist and staff were ready for us when we arrived, and would really like it if the waiting room was not busy, so the doctor and staff could give us their full attention.

We not only insist on quality, but we want value for money, and are even willing to pay a little more if we are receiving top-of-the-line treatment that will work out cheaper in the long run. We know these teeth are the only ones we'll ever have, so we want the highest level of care, which is what we feel we deserve. We would appreciate someone who is painstakingly accurate in all the details of our treatment and aims for perfection every time. We would expect our dentist to allow enough time to complete each procedure meticulously without being rushed.

With so many new treatments on the market, we would want our dentist to be well qualified and up to date so they can educate us about our treatment options and empower us to make our own decisions. We expect infection control to be of the highest standard possible, not just the bare minimum.

So what we want ourselves as a dental patient is what we strive to offer you, because we believe being passionate about what we do is the only way to live!
