Dual trained as a dental hygienist and dental therapist, Suzanna is passionate about helping people, especially children, improve and maintain their oral health.
What is an Oral Health Therapist?
Suzanna, our oral health therapist provides high quality oral health care specifically for children and adolescents. Her scope and qualifications also allows her to assess and treat adults.
Her range of treatments include:
– Cleaning teeth and treating gum disease
– Dental assessments/examinations
– Composite fillings
– Extractions
– Fissure sealants
– Applying fluoride
– Orofacial myology
About Suzanna
Suzanna graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy degree from the University of Newcastle in 2017. She is qualified as both a dental hygienist and an oral health therapist.
Suzanna provides a very high level of treatment with a friendly and caring approach and is passionate about helping people, especially children, improve their oral health.
Suzanna is a certified orofacial myologist and is passionate about this field of treatment. Orofacial myology involves recognising problems in a patient’s muscles and helping to retrain the muscles to function as they should through a series of exercises.
